Warren Akeem Stevenson , 10, departed this life on Monday, October 3, 2016, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.  He was born on September 8, 2006, to Kevin Thomas and Erica Trent.

Warren was a fourth grade student at Ralph Wilson Elementary School.  He was a sweet child, who always had a big smile on his face.  He was very respectful and well-mannered. He loved art, dancing, riding his scooter, playing video games and playing with his little sister, Aaliyah. He was loved by the staff of his school and all the students.  He will be greatly missed by all who have known and loved him.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Kevin Thomas and Erica Trent; his brothers and sisters, Aaliyah Thomas, Latoya Mann, Nathaniel Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Kelvin Anderson, April Trent, Precious Arvie and Kaleigh Raines; his grandmother, Julia Proctor; grandfather, Edward Trent, Sr.; two Godmothers, Marilyn Reed and Stacy Reed; his aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his twin sisters, Destiny Lashawn Trent and Faith Castina Trent; grandmother, Castina Trent and God-mother, Christine Reed.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
