Wilma Lee Grant was born on April 13, 1936 in Port Allen, La, to the late Scott Grant, Sr and Josephine Button Grant. She was affectionately called "Tunie" by friends and family. Wilma was called to rest on Friday, August 8, 2014. She accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age in Eunice, LA. She later joined the Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church in DeQuincy, LA under the direction of Reverend Allen Gillespie. Wilma was a loving mother and friend. She loved watching soap operas and often said, it was her job. When in good health shopping was her love. She leaves to cherish her memories three loving daughters, Gwendolyn Pullard of Lake Charles, LA, Sandra Henderson of Desoto, TX and Margaret Boone of Houston, Texas; nine grandchildren Marlon, Nathan, Harvey Jr., Julian, Karli, Marcus, Kendra, Devin and Kayla; three great-grandchildren, Jalen, Markel, and Harvey III; one sister, Thelma Lee Johnson of Port Allen, LA and one brother, Scott Grant, Jr. of DeQuincy, LA; four sister in laws, Elliwees Grant of Brusly, LA, Vivian Grant, Janet Grant, and Julia Paige of DeQuincy, LA three Godchildren, Tammie Grant, Michael Green, and Patricia Monroe. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and lifelong family friends. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Robert Hollins; parents Scott Sr. and Josephine Button Grant; son, Robert Jerome Hollins; siblings, James Grant, Leola Regglar, Alice Grant, Mattie Jackson, Dorothy Boyd, Vera Stevenson, Ulysses Grant, Bernadine Hardesty, and Patricia Harrison.
