Wilmer John Ledet, Jr., 54 departed this life on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at his residence in Sulphur, LA.  He was born July 25, 1969, to Wilmer John Ledet, Sr., and Theresa Ledet in Lake Charles, LA.  He worked at Union Pacific Railroad and enjoyed coaching basketball and football.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Catina Ledet of Sulphur, LA; three children, Ceairra Brandon, Corie Ledet and Christopher Ledet all of Sulphur, LA; one sister, Tammy (Charles) Guillory of Lake Charles, LA; one niece, K'Leigh Guillory and one nephew, Joseph Guillory and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer and Theresa Ledet, Sr; one niece, Carleigh Guillory; his Godfather, Harry Victorian and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at True Light Baptist Church under the direction of King's Funeral Home.
